We’re a family business, based in Ottawa.

For the past twenty five years, we’ve been involved in all manner of residential construction work.

Starting with student window cleaning and painting, and evolving to light renovations, decks and roofing, we eventually acquired Tarion New Home Builder/Vendor status.

We have built numerous high-efficiency energy-smart homes, using technologies such as insulated concrete forming, hydronic in-floor heating systems, heat recovery ventilators and passive solar heating technologies, among others.

The philosophy behind these choices was the pursuit of improved air-quality in what have become increasingly-airtight structures. Use of hardwood instead of carpet, low-VOC paints, natural materials over synthetic ones, mechanical air exchanging systems, the combination of insulated concrete forming walls and in-floor heat eliminating basement mold- all of these choices contribute to a healthier home.

Along the way, we’ve been listening to our customers, and discovered what they like and dislike most about the process of sales and install of residential services. With this information, we’ve created this new model- transparent pricing and elimination of needless cost from the process.
